Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of carrier issues, severe weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates and Destinations

Available shipping destinations and any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Delayed or Missing Orders
